The Congolese Authority for the Regulation of Certifications and Professional Qualifications (ACRCQP) is the body responsible for developing and implementing the National Framework for Certifications and Qualifications (CNCQ) in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Established by decree in November 2023 and recently appointed with a new leadership team, ACRCQP plays a key role in modernizing the training and professional qualification system.
Its mission is to ensure effective governance, strengthen the quality of training, and work closely with employers and unions to enhance the recognition of skills at all levels and across all sectors.
